As TMZ first reported, Ray J quit the show because he felt it only showed his relationship with Princess Love in a negative light and he thought the show was hurting them.
We're told Ray J asked Mona to show more of the good parts of his and PL's relationship. Mona agreed, but insisted on keeping some drama on cam too. She knows what pays the bills.
In the end, we're told Ray agreed to more balance - and just to seal the deal, Mona sweetened the pot with a new contract that includes ratings bonuses.
